KJE offers 3 Wedding Planning Packages to suit the needs of every bride and groom. An initial consultation will be scheduled to discuss logistics and expectations of the client in order to ensure quality service. Each of our planning packages are intricately designed to meet the needs of our clients for any occasion. Our standard practices on the day of your affair is as follows: Manage the flow of events and ambiance in addition to coordinating the production of the design concept as outlined by the client. Serve as liaison between vendor/client relationships as well as handle emergency situations that may arise as quickly and efficiently as possible without interrupting the days’ proceedings. As point of contact for vendors, site personnel and wedding party, oversee set ups and deliveries in addition to coordinating with venue staff and catering to guarantee the timeline and clients wishes are executed flawlessly. Work in conjunction with photographers and entertainment vendors for music and lighting cues. Make certain the guests are properly greeted, seated and enjoying themselves but most importantly, ensuring the client’s wishes are carried out the way they’ve envisioned.
Fashioned for those looking for a "Month-Of / Day-Of" coordinator to run the perfect wedding that will allow you and your guests to relax and enjoy the affair that you have prepared. This package offers 2 face-to-face meetings beginning one month before your event with 1 of them on-site for a venue walk-through and design mapping; Rehearsal coordination (up to 2 hours) as well as development of your pre-ceremony event schedule and vendor confirmations for delivery and setup times. Handling of production items associated with the proceedings to be set up the day of the event, with the exception of perishable items. Contingent upon guest count, a sufficient number of KJE personnel will be on hand hours before the gala to oversee and manage every aspect of the event details. Pre-Ceremony setup with Ceremony and Reception coordination will be executed to ensure the event itinerary is on schedule as requested by the client and carried out efficiently. Our staff will develop a typed itinerary/timeline in chronological order with the assistance of the client and is requested to be received no later than 3 weeks prior to your event. KJE personnel will make any necessary communication to confirm delayed RSVP's as needed. In addition, a typed guest list in alphabetical order by first names (with last names following) and a separate guest list by table assignments if applicable is requested from the client no later than 3 weeks prior to your event to ensure your invited guests are properly taken care of upon their arrival. Please provide a list of your vendors at this time as well for KJE staff to confirm their services, balances and delivery times.

This package is for the planner-at-heart and is a joint effort between the couple and the planner. We will work hand in hand with you to develop an overview of the event design and atmosphere. It includes 3 face-to-face meetings as well as everything outlined in the CLASSIC EXPERIENCE. Let us assist you with developing your design concept with color schemes, decor suggestions and production layouts; A timeline will be constructed based on your design inspiration to help bring your vision to life and sent to key parties involved. As a shared responsibility, we will provide assistance in vendor follow-ups and confirmations topping off the process with the smallest of details for a polished look. We will also be available for consistent planning support via phone, text, email, FaceTime or Tango.
With complete start to finish event planning, this package is designed to offer a full service experience from the time you set your date all the way to the finished product. Including 5 face-to-face meetings, we will guide you in every aspect of your planning process from logistics management and contract negotiations, to stationary preparation and mailings, RSVP tracking and budget management. This is the ultimate planning package fully equipped with everything you'll need for a successful and hassle free wedding experience. The Platinum Experience is the only wedding planning package to open our Private Preferred Vendor List of whom include DJ's, Hair Stylists, Makeup Artist, Barbers, Bands and more, for clients to create the ultimate event experience. It is a combination of the CLASSIC EXPERIENCE and the DIAMOND EXPERIENCE combined with a lot of extras! An Event Table Prototype will be provided when decor is purchased or rented through The KJ Experience upon request. Assistance with up to 3 venue recommendations and sourcing with scheduled visits; We will schedule and attend vendor appointments as needed including tastings and fittings. A comprehensive itinerary, checklist and/or program will be developed and provided to all parties involved in order to ensure a smooth transition of your vision into reality. A scheduled meeting with your bridal party will take place one month prior to the event to go over scheduling details and the couples wishes. Bridal Shower, Bachelor/Bachelorette Party coordination is available as an add-on service at an additional rate. Correspondents will be on hand the day of your gala prior to its start time to oversee every aspect of the production details and event proceedings. In addition to day-of coverage, a consultant will also be available on the eve of the affair for any inquiries that may arise in last minute details.
